Like all Peli cases, the Peli 1150 case is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. Its exclusive 6.4 mm neoprene o-ring and ABS latches seal perfectly and includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure.

Your equipment can fit into the optional Peli pick n pluck foams supplied with the Peli 1150 case for protection against impact, vibration or shock or for absolute protection, why not ask us about custom made inserts?

The Peli 1150 case is NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association).

Peli 1150 - The best little case: and the new grey colour looks great

This case is perfect for the purpose I bought it; protecting a circuit board in transit. Well built and everything you would expect from a peli. Also pretty lightweight. Be aware that the catches are the simple kind, not the same mechanism you get on a full-sized peli case. Also the foam is one thick layer, not 2, so you might need scissors. But these things are no problem.

These boxes can't be faulted. We have been using them for a number of years to house traffic survey equipment which has to stand up to all types of weather as well as salt spray. The boxes have performed perfectly and we continue to order more.
